Objective

To study the "Brazilian style of administration" seeking broader comprehension of national values vis-à-vis socialized labor, the manner in which it is organized and divided, the strengths and weaknesses in the organization / management of collective human effort, as well as the strong points of the Brazilian organizational ethos.
